The holidays are a great way to spend with family and friends. It seems to be a time when everyone usually kicks their "diet" to the side and digs into excessive amounts of food. Well, just in case you felt like indulging the "healthy" way...Here is a delicious recipe you can bring to or serve at your upcoming holiday dinner!
Filling:
(1 can) pumpkin purée
(1/4 can) light coconut milk
(1) banana
(½ tsp) Himalayan salt
(4) flaxseed eggs (click here)
(2 tsp) ground cinnamon
(1 tsp) ground ginger
(½ tsp) freshly ground nutmeg
Agave to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients together & pour into a gluten free graham cracker crust
Bake at 350 for 35-40min
Allow to cool completely (refrigerate for a couple of hours)
Top w/ shredded unsweetened coconut
Serve & Enjoy!
