Sunfood Inspired Beet Hummus

Try this easy to make and colorful, nourishing beet hummus. Pair this chickpea dip with multigrain crackers, gluten free crisps or sliced vegetables!

BEET HUMMUS RECIPE
Serves: 8-10
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp Sunfood Beet Powder
15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed
Zest & juice of 1 large lemon
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp Tahini
1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients, except olive oil, in a small food processor.
Slowly add the olive oil into smooth hummus mix.
Pour into serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs of choice.
Serve alongside, crackers or vegetables.
