"Beets" Your Basic Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can of sliced beets (rinsed & drained)
1 can chickpeas (cooked & drained)
1.5 lemons juiced
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced (to taste)
2 heaping tablespoons of tahini
1/4-1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil (to taste and enough for a smooth texture)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Scoop out into a bowl and serve with fresh raw vegetables
3. Garnish with paprika & olive oil
4. Enjoy / Sahtein !
